In light of the current COVID-19 situation we are running virtual group personal training sessions via the Zoom app. This online fitness community was designed to ensure people can break up their day and to keep active during this uncertain time.
Our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and the workouts can be easily regressed or progressed depending on your ability. These sessions require no gym equipment and can be done anywhere and everywhere!
How to book on?
You will be able to book into our online classes once you have made a TeamUp account below. Once booked on, you will receive a Zoom link 15 minutes prior your session to ensure you have enough time to set up.
