At SF we understand that not one programme is suited for all. This is why our training methodologies vary depending on the clients specific needs. Our training styles are all measurable to ensure each client can track their progress and is delivered the best service.

STRENGTH ADAPTATION

 

At SF we know that incorporating strength training into your routine is key when looking to change your body composition. Strength training not only improves functional movement patterns but it is the best type of training to build lean muscle tissue. More muscle means an increased resting metabolic rate which means quicker fat loss.

METABOLIC TRAINING

 

Metabolic training is completing a combination of HIIT and strength exercises with very little rest in between exercises. We like to incorporate this type of training to maximize the calories burnt and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. A very tough but rewarding session but these are the two most effective routes when changing your body composition (fat loss).

FENTON HANCOCK BSc

ABOUT

Fenton’s passion for fitness began very early in his life. He spent over a decade of his life playing competitive sport which eventually lead to him start his personal training career by getting qualified at the age of 16. Fenton brings over 6 years of experience and knowledge to his company SupremeFitness. His continued determination to learn and discover the latest training methodologies for his clients has kept him at the forefront of the industries trends. Continuously re-investing in education year on year, he has pursued his knowledge learning from some of the world’s leaders in strength training, fat adaptation and functional movement. In addition, he has completed a Sports & Exercise Science BSc degree which has helped him validate and advance the industries latest researched based training styles, ensuring his clients are receiving the highest quality of coaching.

 

Fenton has participated in long distance running events at a high level and has recently won his first powerlifting event. He is normally found in the gym but can also be seen over on Instagram (@fentonhancock) where he posts free workouts, fitness tips and him lifting heavy stuff.
